You may feel that alone, your opinions and feelings about your maternity care, whether good or bad, will not make a difference, but by drawing experiences together as a group we can make sure that our voices are heard and taken seriously.
We are always looking for innovative ways to reach new families and we find social media is a quick and cost-effective way to take feedback using our digital survey. You can also find us on the RBH website. We are currently running a project to make our surveys available via the maternity app.
Collecting feedback face-to-face is a very important part of what we do. If you would be happy for us to visit your group or organisation and talk to new families about their experiences of their maternity and neonatal care please do get in touch by emailing Emma on email@example.com. During the Covid-19 outbreak we are arranging videocalls with families.
If you received maternity or neonatal care from the Royal Berkshire Hospital in the last 12 months, please click on the link to complete our survey and have YOUR voice heard.
We also regularly run more targeted surveys looking at specific themes that have been raised either through our main survey, other feedback, or from professional members of our Partnership who are running projects to improve a particular area of the service.
